-At least 18 years of age
-A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
-Must possess basic web navigation skills
-With good-excellent communication skills
-Must be conversant, energetic and empathetic, able to ask logical questions
-Able to multi-task
-Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
· Willing to start immediately
· Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
· Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
· Must not have conflict of interest such as:
· Plans to study
· Plans to go abroad
