CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications :
Must be living within Cebu City, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu City.
At least 2 years of customer service experience in the call center setting – INBOUND CS
Great command of the English language – both written and oral forms
Great problem-solving skills
Experience in email and case management and outbound calling is a BIG plus
Must have finished at least two years of College (a plus, but not required)
No attendance issues in his past work-life
No behavioral red flags
