Job Description * Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Provide customers with product and service information
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Job Qualifications At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Good to excellent English communication skills
For Work at home set-up, Applicantas must have strong internet connection and tools needed at home
Willing to start immediately
Compensation 17500
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
Highest Education Attainment At least Highschool Graduate
