One of the fastest growing Healthcare Service Provider in Cavite, Human Resources Management and Development Department invites competent individuals to fill in the Customer Service Associate position here in Our Lady of the Pillar Medical Center.
Education
Graduate of any four-year course or its equivalent.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate is primarily responsible in providing efficient Customer Service to both external and internal customers and for courteously answering all telephone calls and inquiries with courtesy. This position also requires to be committed in meeting patient's needs and convey the mission and vision of the Hospital effectively, being a Front line Personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Skills
Inputs/encodes pertinent data/information into the computer.
In-charge of paging system/announcement.
Answers all telephone calls and inquiries.
Tracks doctor's leave of absences, cancellation of clinic and changes in clinic time.
Obtains record of upcoming Resident-On-Duty/Junior Consultant-On-Duty.
Logs all mobile calls.
Behavioral (Attitude)
Interviews outpatients prior to medical procedures.
Maintains harmonious environment while dealing with patient's inquiries and complaints.
Disseminates/relays accurate information or necessary messages to all concerned personnel.
Direct patients with prior appointments from doctors.
Deals with all the issues arises from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) professionally.
Position Requirements
1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
