• Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.

•Good to excellent English communication skills
•Computer literate and good web navigation skills

Tools Requirement needed:
Minimum upload speed of 10 MBPS
Minimum download speed of 20 MBPS
•Wired connection from modem/router to PC
•Conductive workspace away from distractions
