RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone, email, or chat inquiries from customers, using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
10+ MBps download speed (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Stable internet connection with the ability to create a wired connection
Background noise and distraction free
Currently residing in Metro Cebu
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate
6+ months of BPO experience
Should have excellent English communications skills
Must be willing to work US Hours (overnight shift) + holidays & weekends
