Job Description:
Manage a large volume of calls, emails, and other platforms chat applications with profound knowledge and efficiency.
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding terminal servicing inquiries through email and call.
Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed.
Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
Coordinates with key departments in resolving customer issues at first level support in a timely manner.
Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting customer relationship.
Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines always.
Perform each duty above with our customers' satisfaction as the number one priority
Job Qualifications:
Must have at least a short course/diploma/certificate/Bachelor's Degree relating to computer science, information technology and the like.
No experience required, but is an advantage.
Must be amenable to work in Makati City
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
