Position Title: Customer Service and Employee Representative
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service and sales support, demonstrating clear, efficient, and compassionate communication with clients, families, employees, and referral sources
Actively promote and safeguard the integrity of the company's reputation
Answer office phones and handle inquiries
Support the ongoing client staffing process, which includes scheduling staff for both new and existing client engagements as needed
Manage staff absences to ensure that all engagements are adequately staffed
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Background in Customer care in a medical-related account
Possesses the ability to show empathy to patients and internal customers, resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Minimum of 1 year of customer experience
Experience in handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple priorities
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with advanced scheduling systems/platforms is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Excellent phone voice, with the ability to convey a smile through communication
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required by company guidelines, and respond professionally and appropriately on the company's behalf
Highly motivated, a self-starter, and capable of working autonomously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills, exhibiting a service orientation towards others
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment about patient care
Sense of understanding and urgency for priorities, with the ability to appropriately troubleshoot and escalate when necessary
