Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance. Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience. Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, holidays, weekends, etc. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
