Vacancy: Customer Sales Representative (AU Client - WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
 
As CSR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our cleaning services in the Australian market taking care of the following areas:
Lead Generation and Conversion
Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Collect and document relevant information from potential clients.
Convert leads into paying clients.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to enhance their experience with our cleaning services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Complaint Handling and Resolution
Promptly and professionally address customer complaints and concerns, striving to find effective solutions and ensure a positive outcome.
Document all complaints and their resolutions for quality improvement purposes.
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of our cleaning services, pricing, and packages to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM software
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably for an Australian client
Previous experience with Social Media Marketing and Management is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem solving skills
