We are looking for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Automation Lead that will serve as the conglomerate's key advisor on nurturing leads & retaining customers through the use of data, automating workflows and using targeted online communications such as email, SMS, online messaging, notifications and more.
You will be working closely across the different Business Units to ensure digital strategies, tactics & methods are aligned with the latest best practices of CRM & Marketing Automation. You'll be:
Supporting Business Units in the creation & development of digital marketing with CRM & Marketing Automation functions
Act as subject matter expert and consultant in CRM & Marketing Automation best practices, trends, latest innovations, etc. from a corporate level and across BUs
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Automation Lead will work closely with BU teams to teach the concepts & guide the application of CRM & Marketing Automation best practices in the following areas:
Discovery & Insights: audit & assessment, monitoring lead & customer relationships, research tools to use, etc.
Strategy & Planning: create long-term strategies / roadmaps and plans, budget planning, organization design, etc. related to customer data collection, CRM & marketing automation
Implementation: set-up & launch, constant planning & executing experiments & optimization (agile marketing)
Measurement: goals & metrics setting, reporting & evaluation, data management
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Business or a similar field and experience in Experience in developing and implementing CRM & MA roadmaps.
Proven work experience as a CRM Director, Manager or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in the vertical.
Proven work experience as an SEO Director, Manager or similar role with at least 5 years
Experience in teaching, mentoring and/or coaching others on CRM & MA
Solid background in customer acquisition & retention strategies
Technical knowledge of CRM, MA and analytical tools & systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Knowledge of agile marketing methods and best practices
An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end independently
Adaptable and able to create support for effective campaigns despite restrictions in resources
Strong communication skills both internally (BUs, top management, etc.) and externally (agencies & tool vendors)
Data-driven and Customer-Centric attitude
Capable of working under pressure and multitasking
Experience in related industries such as banking, real estate, FMCG and/or retail is not a must, but preferred
Experience in performance marketing is not a must, but preferred
