Primary Responsibilities: Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems. Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC Support execution of the Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption. Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits. Work on simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus. At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization Working Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus) Certified Salesforce System Administrator Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. Have been working in an international and multicultural environment. Proven knowledge of Salesforce Administration & Operations Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues. Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
