JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT – New Customer Acquisition
Given the customer details gathered through customer data fishing (mobile number), Lead Generation Staff will call customer and do product detailing and encourage purchase through offering exclusive promo based on type of customer they are. (New User, Competitor User or Loyal Customer)
1 LC Recruitment – CRM Staff must recruit / create at least 1 Loyal Customer per day. From New Customer Acquired, CRM Staff must turn 1 NC to become LC.
2 KHD orders booked per day – CRM Staff must have 2 KHD orders booked per day minimum.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Can speak both English and Tagalog
Has an experience in talking to people (CRM Skills)
Can control and use MS excel well
Must be residing in Metro Manila and willing to be assigned in Makati
Preferably has experience in CRM / Telemarketer / Direct selling to customers
