It is a complex stakeholder management role that requires decision-making, ownership, and grit. Reporting The Customer Lifecycle Management Associate will report to the Steering, User Insights, and CLM Lead. Key tasks and responsibilities User insights . Understand each KPI, metric, and lever for Customer Lifecycle Management and deliver relevant reports and analyses for each . Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for main KPIs (acquisition, re-acquisition, retention, customer value, etc) for the User Growth team . Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks Steering . Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations . Develop and maintain operating procedures for Customer Lifecycle activities . Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency Ownership of Customer Lifecycle Management . Own the Customer Lifecycle executions end-to-end from research, planning, design, development, launch, and iterations . Design User Funnel journey that integrates individual and related executions to create a seamless user experience . Understand Customer Lifecycle holistically - its rationale, value, design, and impact through data analyses, research writing, and solution proposals . Manage platform user promotions mechanics and modules - its processes, operations, marketing, finances, and performance Being a thought partner, and a collaborator . Be a strong collaborator with local and regional teammates and stakeholders to drive user growth . Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage on areas of opportunities that will contribute to user growth goals and related initiatives Job Requirements Qualifications and past experience . 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field of study . At least 3 years working experience on project management or product management with cross-functional project management experience: Forecasting, planning, budget management, risk management, and complex stakeholder management. Personality and traits . Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader . Have a strong affinity towards nation building and contributing value .
