But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At the moment, this role is focused on
Delivering high-quality customer support through email and chat to Canva users around the world.
Crafting accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented responses to a range of issues - from billing to print to technical help.
Representing Canva as an empathetic and proactive problem-solver.
Navigating multiple systems and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Working with your teammates to improve processes, tools, and the overall customer experience.
Thriving in a 24/7 rotating shift environment that supports global customer needs; and has the willingness to work onsite
