Job description:
Providing assistance, guidance, and support to customers with their inquiries, concerns, or issues via various communication channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Effectively addressing customer complaints, and questions in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Addressing escalated customer issues or complaints that require additional attention or resolution beyond the standard procedures
Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to address customer issues, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment conducive to delivering excellent customer service.
Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and properly.
Job Qualifications:
College Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
