Plan how to increase the adhesion between customer and products, maintain of the old customers, tap the maximum potential of customers, communicate with cooperative customers regularly, and establish long-term good relationships
Responsible for operations in the group and daily management work in the group
Guide and supervise the work process of the team to ensure that the department's target is reached
Assist the supervisor to complete other tasks
Customer care Team Leader Requirements :
Fluent in Chinese and English
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Have customer care management work experience is preferred
Familiarization with computer operations and office software

Can handle pressure, have the courage to break through difficulties
