We are hiring Customer Service Representatives - Voice for our new office in Cebu City, Philippines, who will handle incoming customer service calls for a major US mobile wireless carrier. You'll assist customers with billing, plans, coverage, technical support, and more. This full-time position offers a PHP 15,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid training, health benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and many more perks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns & build rapport
Prepare responses to customer inquiries based on pre-determined scripts & procedures
Discover solutions using tools & resources to help resolve customer problems
Provide information about customers' current plans, products, & services
Identify & promote new solutions by selling products & services that align with customer needs
Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Entry-level position with a minimum of 6 months of BPO (call center) experience or 1 year of customer service experience if no BPO background
Strong command of the English language
Customer-focused personality with a desire to help people
High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge
Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
Must be willing to work US hours - shifting schedules, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays
