Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to Billing, Sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers
Compensation Package PHP18,000
Performance incentives (Profit Shares)
Pre-dominantly dayshift schedule
Onsite Training and Nesting in Cubao
We will prioritize candidates who can Work from Home: must have a strong and stable internet connection, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10, with USB headset with microphone
We can also arrange Work onsite in Cubao - must be willing to commute to site
Training starts on June 21
