Job Description Responsible for last-mile customer installation including circuit testing and customer application acceptance, tracking the installation of telecommunications equipment and facilities such as copper, optical fiber cabling and microwave transmission systems.
Performs audit and approval on the completed projects by contractors in accordance to approved plans and set condition.
Recovery of equipment (CPEs) from deactivated circuits.
Deliverables for Circuit delivery SLA commitment are met, Quality Installation, Closing of all endorsed Work Orders with Circuit Deactivation.
