Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Servicing Collections Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent mortgage accounts, assisting them in resolving payment issues, and offering solutions to help them avoid foreclosure. 
 
Must be currently living in these areas or willing to be assigned in Alabang area:
Muntinlupa City 
Las Pinas City
Paranaque City
Taguig City (Southern Edge)
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers with past-due mortgage payments, following the company's collection policies.
• Review account details, explain payment statuses, and offer solutions to resolve delinquencies, such as payment plans or loan modifications.
• Document all customer interactions, account status updates, and collection efforts in the system accurately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when discussing sensitive financial situations with customers.
 
Qualifications:
• College Graduates.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in BPO setting handling US account.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others
• Basic computer navigation skills
• With Billing and Collections experience
 
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Night/Graveyard Shift
Fixed Weekends Off
