Job Description
Evaluate the credit risk of a customer to determine its creditworthiness thru thorough Analysis and review of the financial data, assets, liabilities, and earnings history, assess the client's credit payment history, debt repaying history, earnings from business and their purchase activities to determine the suitability for a credit line and credit terms.
Evaluation of the client's level of risk to determine if the company is protected in the event that the borrower defaults on their obligations.
Review the credit limits of existing customers to determine if they qualify for an increase in their credit limit, assess the borrower's repayment history, earnings information, as well as any history of defaulting on credit.
Review on customers subject for deactivation within the policies of the credit division
Processing of foreclosed properties from start to end.
Managing and recovery of delinquent accounts.
Communicate with the customers from time to time regarding issues in the collection, past due balances, over credit limit, and extension of credit terms. It also involves monitoring and maintaining the overall credit exposure of the company.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year business course
With experience as a Credit personnel in a financial institution
With experience in processing ang handling loans is a plus but not a requirement
Highly motivated and results-driven
