Income Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of a company's activities involving credit (Accounts Receivables) given to clients and customers with a strong focus on collecting payments on delinquent accounts. 2. Oversee the collection department by providing motivation, strategy and direction to staff to meet the company's collection needs. 3. Help the Manager in monitoring the collections and billing process. 4. Making sure the accuracy of report and implement solution to improve the process with approval of the Manager. 5. Helps in monitoring the Regional Finance Collection Team. 6. Responsible for collection activities such as sending follow up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts and maintaining cash receipts. 7. Monitors work schedule and assignment duties, examines work for accuracy, completeness and in accordance to policy. 8. Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned. ABOUT YOU 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. 4. Strong organization and project management skills. 5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software. EDUCATION AND EXPREIENCE 1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field. 2.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage. 3. At least 3 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred. 4. Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics or Accounting Firm is a plus.
