Postion Overview
This position carries a variety of duties essential to getting orders released. Tracking information via Excel and Word. Calling customers to verify credit card orders. Talking with sales representatives to resolve issues of releasing their sales orders. Processing payaments for credit card orders/invoices.

Main duties will be working on reports, projects, making and receiving phone calls to and from banks and customers. Learning to spot fraudulent activity on accounts and seek new ways to prevent fraudulent orders going out the door. The following percentages can be overlapping with each other.
50% releasing/reviewing credit card terms orders
10% calling banks for verification on card information
10% calling customers to verify credit card orders
10% responding to emails and phone calls from clients and sales
20% projects and reporting
Perform fraud review/checks on orders/accounts.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and fellow Insight teammates. Must meet SLA's (Service Level Agreements) with sales and clients.
Must maintain their workload goals aligned to departmental standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Number of quality orders released daily
Amount of time spent on the phone
Timely responses and decisions releasing orders
Ability to get projects done in a timely fashion
Non-essential Functions of Job
Tracking of phone calls and emails
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year experience with SAP, Word and Excel. Previous experience in a credit card environment helpful.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business journals, procedures, or regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective decisions pertaining to the company.
