We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining provider accounts, troubleshooting credentialing issues, and coordinating with providers to ensure timely enrollment and account health.
Perform audits on provider accounts every 45 days to ensure compliance and account health.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with provider accounts, patient information, and billing documentation
Problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving 100% account health and proactive issue resolution
