Our US based client is a leading provider of managed physical medicine -- they set up a Philippine operations center in Mandaluyong last 2020. They are continuously expanding their services, and now looking to add an experienced individual to their team!
Maintaining a clean and updated database is crucial for the success of the company. All business units rely on updated and valid information to ensure our providers and clients are receiving the services they come to expect. We also need to ensure we are compliant with the requirements to pass our internal and external audits.
The Credentialing Specialist team has to work closely with our network providers to ensure we gather all necessary paperwork to credential provider according to our contract with the providers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow workflows for communication with providers to gather credentialing documents
Review all received documents and certifications to ensure accuracy and within good standing with appropriate state agencies
Review and updates all external and internal provider updates to add services, sites, therapists, and change provider demographics- Enter all data and attachments to the appropriate systems and documents it accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience with both inbound and outbound calls (medium to high volume) is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure in fast paced environment.
Demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skill- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and general computer literacy, as well as database programs.
Willing to work night shift
Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
BENEFITS
Salary package up to P30,000/month (depending on work experience)
HMO Coverage up to Php 250,000 maximum benefit limit
