As our Creatives & Communications Lead, you will play a key role in leading the execution of our creative and communications efforts across all channels. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you will oversee design, graphics, and communications to ensure all visual and written materials are consistently on-brand, aligned with growth objectives, and delivered efficiently. You will also serve as the primary reviewer and approver of creative outputs to support timely execution across multiple timelines.
 
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in creative direction, brand management, or communications.
Creative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead creative execution and approve outputs across multiple channels.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Judgment & Accountability: Sound judgment in handling brand-sensitive and public-facing materials.
Adaptability: Experience working in lean, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Behavioral Competencies: Courage to speak up, accept feedback, reliability, exceed expectations, solutions-oriented.
Technical Competencies: Demonstrated experience in brand execution and creative approvals, with the ability to oversee design, graphics, and communications outputs across multiple channels. Proven capability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring consistent brand alignment in all deliverables.
