cpa Accounts Payable officer for makatiVXI Global Solutions

Review all request for payments and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Responsible for company's books and records which includes bookkeeping and month- end accrual of expenses.
Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare variance analysis of GL accounts
Review and monitors Prepayments
Review Accounts Payable Voucher including check payments
Review and reconcile Telecom charges
Maintain vendor files
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and Expanded Withholding tax with GL
Interact with external auditors in completing of audit and other inquiries
Oversee AP Associates of Makati, Quezon City, MOA and Davao Sites
Perform other functions as may be required by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Must be amenable to a hybrid set-up; must be amenable to work onsite (EDSA Buendia Makati site) from time to time or if needed
With at least 5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable, minimum of 6 months of which as as a Supervisor or OIC
Experience in the BPO or call center setting set-up is an advantage
