Responsibilities
Accurate and timely posting of incoming invoices based on confirmed contract rates.
Following up with internal departments on invoice validation issues to facilitate clearing of unbooked invoice flows.
Filing of and following up on invoice queries with suppliers.
Developing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of data and resolution of queries.
Developing techniques to facilitate batch data uploads into operating systems.
Scanning and archiving of invoices.
Maintaining and contributing to the statistical reporting on the incoming invoice process.

Qualifications
Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
Ability to work under time pressure
Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization
