Acts as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to the product cost and pricing
Initiates the performance development and training programs for the team
Motivates and leads team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
Contributes to discussions and reviews conducted during the yearly audit
Formulates annual goals and assessments for the team
Reviews cost estimates and ensure that costs & prices are aligned with the standard rates
Monitors and reports planned and actual use of resources for the delivery of services
Ensures proper accounting, monitoring, and management of product costs
Prepares, devises, and regulates procedures for establishing unit cost and unit price of services and products
Prepares estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and help in sales forecasting
Suggests enhancements in accounting methods and processes.
