YOUR ROLE
To review and input correct charges and distribution as requested based on different criteria and cost entry patterns.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute cost entry procedures by adding cost codes, supplier codes, and costs depending on different cost entry patterns for ASP countries.
- Review and Confirm Gross Planning on selected countries/customers
- Handle bulk shipment requests during month end or at short notice

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree Holder or Associate Graduate
With 2 years experience in finance/accounting is an advantage
With 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Excellent Communication Skills
Basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Applications
A high level of attention to details
Analytical and systems' oriented skills
Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure + to deal with different cultural backgrounds
Flexible working hours and can work during Philippine holidays
