Job Responsibility
Resourceful, flexible, innovative and professional cost engineer with considerable knowledge of project management for telecom industry. Possessing excellent knowledge of techniques and tools for cost engineer with a good creational mentality for setting up integrated cost management system for project level.
Specific Job Responsibility
Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
Determine project scope, define requirements, works with project team and others to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Follow the estimating life cycle in accordance with prescribed standard procedure.
Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.
Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, recording and analyzing standards, programs and reports.
Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications including the consistent use of applicable procedure.
Provide reports and trending cost engineering processes.
Requirements
Graduate of Engineering courses preferably ECE, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
Minimum 2-5 years Telecom experience
With strong data presentation and analysis skills
Computer literate
High integrity, tam player and good moral background
Team player
Proficient in MS office applicants
