Job Description:
Prepare project budget and schedule using MS Excel and/or other engineering software (i.e. MS Project)
Create a weekly cost monitoring report by overseeing all materials request, checking cost codes in the purchase request and coordinating cost code closed out with Accounting
Provide weekly accomplishment report and prepare certificate of completion monthly
Monitor efficient use of materials by providing material request monitoring sheet prior to withdrawal
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be a Licensed Engineer
With at least 6 months of work experience
Knowledgeable in cost estimation, cost control and planning/scheduling
Proficient in using MS Office and Engineering software
Keen on details and organize in creation of reports
Must be team-oriented; can work independently
