Corporate Support Specialist
1) Provides excellent service and technical support to Resellers and Corporate
Account owners of Dreamscape Networks Ltd. in all means of communication
including phone, chat, and email
2) Responds promptly to the needs of the Resellers and always provides the best
solutions to any issues
3) Answers emails, chats, and phone calls accurately, timely, and professionally
4) Documents every support calls, chat and emails in every transaction on time
5) Escalates urgent and complex issues with the ability of properly setting
appropriate prioritization
6) Diagnoses and solves technical issues involving email clients, website, DNS and
more
7) Educates Resellers on inquiries and other product information
8) Receives and acknowledges customer complaints directly from Resellers via
email and resolves them immediately
9) Remains updated with new products and new technical procedures through
Confluence or Info Pop updates
10)Works collaboratively with colleagues, not only limited to Team Leaders and
Managers
1) Renders work hours with flexibility when required
2) Dresses appropriately and always presents a good image for the company
3) Conducts business in alignment with the company's core values
4) Complies with the different policies set by the company
5) Ensures that our company conducts business in an ethical manner at all times
without putting anyone in a position of risk
6) Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management
from time to time
