In this role, you will:
Identify and coordinate the daily administrative activities, operations and maintenance for specific line of business
Perform administrative and secretarial tasks to assure effective office support
Schedule and prepare reports for management; purchasing office supplies
Coordinate minor repairs and renovations; acting as a department liaison with outside vendors, suppliers and consultants
Assure administrative coverage of critical functions such as reception, telephones, mail preparation and delivery
Establish office procedures and controls
Coordinate the leasing arrangements, assignment of office space, computers, furniture and equipment
Coordinate special events or office functions
Perform complex administrative, operational, maintenance and customer support tasks
Utilize systems, reports and data to analyze and make recommendations to improve business results, mitigate risk and support overall client experience
Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within supported business group
Ensure required polices and procedures are followed
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
