Corporate Finance Manager
Job Description:
- To lead/build a team to support various financial management concerns, with the job objective of continuously improving FP&A output and processes of the company (i.e. management reporting, planning, capital budgeting)
- To perform FP&A functions to aide in decision-making, and as part of capital raising, and funder-relations activities
Qualifications:
- Formal educational background in Finance, Business Economics, and/or Accounting
- Minimum 5 to 7 yrs. experience in relevant financial management or corporate planning position/s
- Sound business and financial acumen (keen to drawing insights from reports on operating performance and financial position)
- Extensive financial modelling skills
- Possess the knowledge and skill to forecast financial standing and performance founded both company-specific inputs and trends in the broader market or economy
- Knowledgeable in capital budgeting, and various asset valuation approaches
- Well-versed in the use of spreadsheet and presentation programs
- Constructive interpersonal and job-partnering skills
- Good oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English and conversational in Mandarin, and adept in financial story-telling (financial reports, forecasts, and plans) to internal and external clients
- Inclination for continuous learning and development
