As a Contract Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to the Partner Contracts Team, which manages hardware, skud's services, software and cloud contracts; program/marketing contracts; and other partner-facing contract requests.
What you will do at Insight:
Assist with filing and organizing required records
Secure copies of all signed contracts and ensure they are uploaded to the contracts database
Load contracts for electronic signature
Respond to inquiries regarding contract status
Track all contracts reviewed by the team and current status via an Excel spreadsheet
Pull historical sales data on partners, analyze as needed and consolidate information in an easy to read format
What you will need to join Insight:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least two years related contract administration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule
Be someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy, timely, and extremely detail-oriented - with the ability to work under pressure and follow-through tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent English verbal and written skills, ability to analyze and present relevant information in a succinct manner
