The Role
As a Content Specialist, you will support Security Bank's aspiration to be the most customer-centric bank in the Philippines by ensuring all content across the bank uplifts the overall customer experience, specifically by creating, modifying, and editing content that improves the overall customer experience.
How you'll contribute
Works across departments to create and develop content in line with content standards with a focus on style and clarity.
Identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience through customer feedback and quantitative KPIs.
Modifies content as necessary to improve the customer experience.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Must have good communication skills (Specifically: Written)
Knowledge in Bank Products and Services.
Must be keen to details.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
