A Content Analyst collects reviews and maintains Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity data. The analyst is also responsible for managing queries from internal and external customers. Deals covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Private Placements, Debt Capital Markets, Municipals and Private Equity.
The role is under the Deals Manila Operations team and is an individual contributor role that reports to a Team Leader.
Responsibilities

Review and analyze deal sources o Resolve queries from both internal and external clients
Manage cleanses and other Deals roadmap projects o Collaborate with global stakeholders i.e., team leaders, Contributor Relationship Executives, production teams outside of Manila, quality associates, specialists and groups outside of Deals.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance / Banking / Accountancy / Commerce / Statistics / Economics or equivalent
Proficient in MS Excel; knowledgeable o Strong verbal and written communication skills is required o Internet Savvy o Understanding of relational databases, XML, SQL, and APIs is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
Relevant knowledge of databases, related markets, data flow and research practices is a must. o Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex information with strong customer awareness o Demonstrates urgency, energy, drive and enthusiasm; strong team player o Willingness to challenge status quo.
Ability to challenge status quo and work on process improvements independently.
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities o Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment
