Position Summary
You will be covering an assigned region's domestic fixed income market maintaining terms and conditions information. You will be trained and learn the financial fixed income markets in this important and expanding region. In addition, you also be trained to use our databases so that financial information can be properly maintained and available on our products. You will be part of an experienced and exciting new team where knowledge is shared, and teamwork is of the essence. The position will allow the analyst to fully engage with colleagues located throughout your assigned region, working closely on client requested projects and looking for ways to enhance the content we deliver. Analyst will also be in contact with our local data providers and local sources to ensure we are receiving the best data possible.
The position will also enable the analyst to work directly with clients as needed. Either through assisting with service requests raised though our support teams or in some cases engaging directly with clients to better understand their needs and requests.
As a team we are always looking to make our day to day work more efficient. Therefore, you will be involved in automation projects using applications such as Python, Advanced Excel, Macros or any other tool or which can be implemented to ensure our work is delivered on time and as efficient as possible.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure proper and continued data maintenance of fixed income markets in allocated region
Maintenance includes accurate and timely coverage of terms and conditions for new and existing bonds, RIC creation, real time data including benchmarks, issuer maintenance in both EJV and OA
Reading & reviewing, prospectus/documents/press releases in Spanish for fixed income market
Driving sourcing strategy: reaching our local data providers, exchanges and market participants in specified region to capture additional information or confirm market trends and conventions
Client engagement: resolving queries for key and local accounts
Review, research and provide resolution to regional based Service Cloud inquires
Qualifications Required
Minimum 1-year experience working with content (data maintenance)
Additional asset: fixed income knowledge required
Interest in financial market
Language Skills: Business proficiency in English. Secondary language of Spanish (advanced/native) Portuguese, Korean, Thai or Mandarin
Excel (intermediate)
Ability to drive improvements reflected in new content offering and metrics
