Being a member of the Connectivity Client Service Operations, the Connectivity Client Service Analyst works with DTCC clients in providing an integrated, fast, secure, and cost-effective set of transfer options that are available to all lines of business when there is a need to transfer data to or receive data from external customers and vendors. You will partner with lines of the business to select transfer methods tailored to meet their business requirements and securely exchange data, following corporate and industry standards. You will execute routine and complex tasks and will be expected to deliver excellent client experience through projects roll out.
Your Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot incoming client queries received via email and hotline
Monitor and track client queries though client case management tools, adhere to saleforce case management requirements
Navigate internal stakeholders to resolve client problems with little or no supervision
Work closely with clients to successfully setup critical file transmissions in an accurate manner
Required to work in a number of different environments including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe, utilizing various managed file transfer middleware infrastructure systems
Demonstrate excellent organizational and workload management skills and must excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Accurately document all work performed and follow change management procedures
Support multiple file transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct - Network Data Mover (NDM)
Securely transfer files over public and private networks using encrypted file transfer protocols
Authenticate users against existing user repositories
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Actively engage and improve knowledge database using Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) by creating and/or modifying knowledge articles.
Provide ad-hoc support to fulfill business and function's goals and objectives
Proactively share best practices and support the global client service teams in managing client queries and ad-hoc task.

Talents Needed For Success:
· Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Previous experience in a client-service role is beneficial
· Well organized, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify process risks and "red flags"
· Ability to work as part of a global team
· Experience with Salesforce, KCS, JIRA is beneficial
· Basic knowledge of the following protocols: SSH, SSL, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct Network Data Mover (NDM).
