JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist daily concerns of residents and guests
Provide accurate information about the property and surrounding area
Resolve concerns and provide timely feedback to residents
Ensures all maintenance service requests is monitored and followed-up until completion
Assist in making reservations or arrangements for various services inside and outside the property
Assist in booking and reservation of amenities in the property
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in front reception in a hotel/property but open to Fresh graduates
Has good written and oral communication
Has good leadership skills
Willing to be assigned in Makati Taguig
