The Position
Position - Compliance Operations Partner
Location - 8F The Finance Centre, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines
Roles & Responsibilities:
Compliance Operations Partner is responsible to take a key role in promoting high standards of integrity in Roche (Philippines) Inc. (hereafter "Roche"), ensuring business practices are in line with local laws and regulations and Roche Group Code of Conduct, as well as monitor, coordinate and optimize Roche's processes in compliance standards. The role will report into Senior Manager - Legal Affairs & Compliance / Local Compliance Officer and would primarily be responsible for:
Supporting the Local Compliance Officer in conducting risk assessments and assisting in drawing the Compliance Roadmap for the Company.
Implementing the Compliance Road map by devising and conducting trainings, process reviews, compliance engagement programs, etc.
Working closely with different teams in determining and formalising product promotion practices, business practices, Health Care Professionals (HCPs), Health Care Organisation (HCO) and Patient engagement programs.
Reviewing and approving project materials and HCP/HCO engagement programs.
Custodian of mandatory Compliance e-learnings and its 100% completion rate in the Organisation.
Identifying the Compliance trainings needs of external business partners (eg. Distributors, Suppliers, Business Consultants), devising the training programs and training the external business partners.
Assisting the Local Compliance Officer in Group Audit and lead the completion of Group Audit actions items.
Assisting the Local Compliance Officer in Internal Investigations, where needed.
Assisting the Local Compliance Officer in Risk Assessment (Business as well as Compliance) and drawing and implementing Risk Mitigation plan.
Assisting the Local Compliance Officer in drawing and implementing Business Continuity Management plan.
Advising business, marketing and other functions on queries pertaining to Roche Group Code of Conduct and Healthcare Compliance.
Education & Experience:
Graduate of 4 year College Course
Law Studies or related fields in Ethics, Compliance, Risk Management (Added Advantage)
2 years experience in working for MNC/s with Pharma experience as an added advantage
