Job Duties:
Identify top competitors of a product and/or a brand on the Amazon marketplace
Conduct research on new products for Kaliber, and provide market information regarding the competitiveness of potential new products to sell on Amazon
Audit existing products for Kaliber to evaluate their adaptiveness to the current market and the current season on Amazon
Research competitors' products and provide feedback regarding the performance of Kaliber products on Amazon
Prepare reports with recommendations of action items
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central (Campaign Manager, advertising reports, business reports etc.), with basic understanding of Amazon PPC and marketing tools (concepts of bids and budgets calculations, etc.)
2+ years of experience in Amazon listing optimization - being able to evaluate what makes a good listing to Amazon algorithm and Amazon shoppers
Experience in competitor analysis of Amazon products and/or their belonging product categories
Experience in product research on Amazon marketplace, with solid understanding of product categories, seasonality, and sell-through targets
Experience in keyword research on Amazon, showcasing solid understanding of keyword ranking, search volumes, impressions, and other metrics
Experience in pricing analysis on Amazon, including but not limited to methods of calculating competitive pricing, profit margin, and product costs
Must be an intermediate to advance user of MS Excel
Preferred Qualities:
Content writing and copy evaluation experiences
Experience in third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Tools, etc.
Experience in non- Amazon research tools (e.g. Google, Bing, etc
