TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our Enterprise Services team. What you'll be doing
The Compensation Specialist will assist the GC team with the administration of the monthly agent incentive, specifically with the manual payout processing, disputes and payroll consolidation/ submission files. The position will be responsible for the master reporting of payroll submissions and performance period payouts. The ideal team member will have strong communication skills, client/ partner relationship building, display an innovative attitude and critical thinking within their area of responsibility and when requested for the P4P team. Results oriented, attention to detail and problem solving will ensure success in this role.
Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer payroll submission, reporting, policies, and analysis.
Provides analytical support for the P4P area as requested by GC team, under general supervision.
Assist in maintaining the payroll submission and payout master reporting on a monthly and annual basis.
Supports the GC team in P4P duties and initiatives as needed, under supervision of Manager of Compensation or Compensation Analysts ( I and II levels).
Support compensation department projects as assigned, to include but not limited to, manual payouts, payouts inquires, dispute research and management, policy/ process development & improvement.
Other duties as requested.
What you'll bring to us
2 years' experience in compensation, payroll, or business.
High School diploma.
Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to delivery in a timely manner.
Good attention to detail.
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially MS Excel.
Fluent in English.
Willing to work night shift.
