Job Title: Compensation Control: Severance and Restructuring
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Senior Analyst
The Compensation Control Team is accounted for Global Compensation which is critical for the governance of bonus and deferred compensation awards across the bank. It has a global scope, covering all regions/entities, and from a divisional standpoint covers the front offices as well as all the different infrastructure areas. This role is responsible for the booking of Reverence Restructuring. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. . Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities
Perform cost calculations / accounts payable processing / reconciliation and reporting in the field of Compensation and Benefits.
Ensure quality of output is in compliance with pre-defined processes and SLAs.
Conduct proper root cost analysis on operational issues.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in general accounting, finance or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial
Combined analytical and problem solving skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
