Payroll Administration
Oversees internal and external payroll teams in the administration of payroll.
Serves as 1st escalation point of any payroll related concerns.
Manages confidential payroll instructions such as new hire compensation information, salary increases, etc.
Serves as first reviewer of payroll instruction files before submission
Coordinates with finance and payroll provider in terms of payroll funding, payroll reconciliation, payroll reports etc.
Ensures all payroll related processes are approved and executed on time.
Benefits Administration
Oversees benefits administration.
Serves as 1st escalation point of any benefits related concerns.
Manages negotiation/renewal of benefits-related contracts such as but not limited to HMO,GLI, etc.
Ensures timely delivery of all corporate and statutory benefits according to set SLAs and compliance to regulations.
Others:
Performs Compensation and Benefits reports being asked from time to time
Handles enterprise-wide communication on any payroll and benefits information.
Drive process improvement initiatives on current payroll and benefits administration
process focused on increased timeliness, efficiency, accuracy and control.
Expat C&B Management. Ensures expats are aware of the details of their pay and benefits including tax computation.
Baseline Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business course.
At least 3 to 4 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits
With people management experience
At least 3 to 4 years' experience in customer service management.
Specialized in Human Resources, BPO.
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig.
Can Start ASAP
