WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Assist in Total Rewards Survery completion
Responsible for the preparation of forecast/estimates of TO related reports. Will assist in TO related documentation
In charge of providing efficient support in the day-to-day activities of C&B and IA Management
C&B reporting requirements and other C&B functions
Full Job Description will be provided to qualified candidates*
YOU ARE:
Bachelor of Science-Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Commerce or related field.
Preferably Accounting Graduate
At least five (5) years experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits.
Knowledgeable on budget preparation and reporting
