Responsible for the planning of group benefits program specifically company benefits. This includes processing requests for company benefits and serving as primary contact for all benefits-related transactions/queries/concerns.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides overall assistance in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and other related functions.
Help Senior HR Manager is designing of pay structure, reward strategies to address compensation challenges.
Ensure an accurate and timely payroll processing, preparation of 13th month pay and leave conversion.
Prepares all government mandatories such as SSS, Pag ibig and Philhealth (Government Month End Report)
Ensures and monitors compliance with all labor and benefit laws (such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Secures that all Government mandated forms and registrations are process on time.
Prepare last pay calculation and forward to Finance Department
Responsible for administering all compensation and benefits program, including making recommendations for enhancements and compliance related changes.
Act as POC between the Employees, HMO and HRIS provider
Executing Reconciliation of SOA from HMO provider to be forwarded to Finance team for payment.
Performs outstanding customer service in attending various benefits related concerns while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Keeping track of compensation and benefits team metrics
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Phycology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management or equivalent
8 - 10 years of related working experienced handling Compensation and Benefits
In-depth knowledge on navigating any HRIS (system)
Strong in written and verbal communication skills
Adept in MS office and Excel application/s
Must be willing to work onsite (Pasig City).
