Responsibilities:
In charge of the whole spectrum of employee compensation, welfare and benefits administration from government mandated to company sponsored benefits as well as employee attendance/timekeeping and payroll administration process
Conduct salary and labor market research and benchmarks
Maintains and updates employee records in payroll system: change of employment status, adjust rates, provide leave credits, etc
Research and analyze benefit plans, programs and policies in line with our company's requirements and standards
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior or management
